The Website provides information, while the Application lets you manage your digital accounts, assets, contacts, and transfers.

  • By using the Website or Application, you agree to:

    • Keep your account info safe.
  • What you can't do:
    • Try to hack or get into accounts that don't belong to you.
    • Use our services for anything harmful or illegal.

2. Your Digital Wallet and Assets

When you first log into the Application, we'll create a digital wallet for you. This is where you can store important information about your digital and some other assets ("Assets"). You own everything in your wallet, and it's up to you and us to keep it secure.

  • Ownership and Security
    You are the owner of your assets, and it's your responsibility to manage and protect them. We've designed our platform with robust security features, including, but not limited to, encryption (both in transit and at rest), blockchain technology, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and regular audits to safeguard your assets.
  • As part of our safety measures, we do not store usernames or passwords. Instead, all users are required to authenticate using Single Sign-On (SSO) from trusted platforms like Google, Microsoft accounts, Facebook, or Apple. These platforms manage your login credentials, providing an added layer of security.
  • While we have taken significant steps to protect your data, no digital system is completely immune to security risks. We cannot control how you manage your assets or prevent issues like compromised SSO credentials or external breaches. 3. Legal Stuff (In Plain English)

Just so you know, we're not offering legal, estate planning, or financial advice. Our tools are meant to help you manage your digital assets, but if you're planning to transfer assets upon your death, you should talk to a legal or estate planning professional to make sure everything is in order.

  • Transfers upon death need to follow the laws in your local area. It's your responsibility to ensure that everything is set up legally.

4. Transfers

When creating Transfers through the Application, you are responsible for using the system as intended to ensure that these transfers are set up correctly and are legally valid. It's important to double-check your transfer details and seek appropriate legal advice if needed. We are not liable for any issues arising from the creation or execution of these transfers, including but not limited to invalid transfers, unauthorized transfers, or asset loss, particularly those resulting from misuse of the platform.

5. Beneficiaries, Trustees, and Contacts

When creating contacts in the Application, you may designate individuals as beneficiaries, who will receive your assets upon transfer, or as trustees, who will have the responsibility of reporting important life-changing events, such as your death.

  • You are fully responsible for selecting your beneficiaries and trustees. It is important that you choose individuals you trust, as these roles involve significant responsibility and access to sensitive information. We recommend carefully considering who you assign to these roles and ensuring they are capable and willing to fulfill their duties.

6. Payment Terms

If you use any paid features, like subscriptions, you agree to the payment terms. We handle payments through a third-party provider, so we're not storing payment info ourselves. Check the Application for details on pricing, renewals, and refunds.

7. Privacy

We care about your privacy. By using the Website or Application, you agree to our Privacy Policy. It covers how we collect and protect your personal data.

8. Our Stuff

Everything on the Website and in the Application (like text, images, videos) belongs to us unless stated otherwise. You can't copy or modify it without permission.

9. Limiting Our Liability

While we work hard to keep everything secure and functional, we can't guarantee there won't be issues or errors. We're not responsible for lost or stolen assets or any problems caused by your use of the Website or Application.
