How is my data protected?
Your data is fully encrypted and stored in your personal digital wallet - not on our servers. Only you have the keys, and not even we can access it. Unlike others, we use advanced security and blockchain technology to keep everything safe and tamper-proof.
What happens if I stop using the service?
If you cancel your subscription, your account shifts to the Free tier. You’ll still be able to log in, view all your assets, and delete anything you choose, but you won’t be able to schedule future transfers or add new items. Any previously scheduled transfers (including time-of-death actions) will be paused. You’ll always retain access to your data, and you can upgrade again anytime to restore full functionality.
Can I change who has access later?
Absolutely. Life changes and so can your Circle of Trust. You can update, change, or remove trustees and beneficiaries anytime. But your DigitalLIFEBox remains yours alone. Only you can access it. No one, not even us, can get in without your keys.
Is this legally recognized?
Yes. DigitalLIFEBox is built to support digital asset planning and is designed to work alongside your legal estate documents. While digital asset laws vary by country and region, our platform helps you organize and prepare your legacy clearly and securely. For any detailed questions, we recommend reviewing your plan with your estate advisor.
What if I want to delete everything?
Only you can delete your assets and Circle of Trust—we can’t access or remove them for you. Once deleted, they’re gone forever. If you close your account without deleting them first, your assets will remain on the blockchain but won’t be visible or accessible.
